Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges and Returns:

We offer exchanges and returns for 90 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Warranty Information:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents

  • Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure

  • Products exposed to water (no returns or exchanges for such items)

Damaged Item or Low Quality:

If your item arrives damaged or is of poor quality, we aim to resolve the issue quickly. For the fastest resolution, please provide a photograph showing the damaged area or quality issue. The ideal pictures should be taken on a flat surface with the tag and the error clearly visible.
